Covdale is dispersing the Dartmoor Pony stud most ponies are for sale, we are based in Hampshire.

We own the Supreme Champion ‘Holyrood Sensation’ aka 'Sid' who is now on loan to Cherrytop Stud. For more information  please see our ‘stallions’ page.

Why Dartmoors?

The list is endless, whatever your requirements the Dartmoor pony will try to fulfil them. Suitable for adults and children alike they have wonderful temperaments and will attempt to try their hoof at anything.

Dartmoors are, in general, the perfect family pony, quiet and small enough for children to ride whilst being strong enough to carry adults, with the conformation, bone and quality to more than hold their own in the show ring against other breeds.
